Unfortunately, due to prior commitments, we will not be at the Stockholm Sovereign Market on May 23rd or June 6th.

We already miss seeing everyone, but we’re looking forward to being back at the market on June 20th! 🥯🐖

Thank you all for continuing to support our small family farm, our products, and the food sovereignty movement here in The County. Every conversation, every purchase, and every familiar face means more to us than you know.

Yesterday was one of those days that reminds us exactly why we started Parker Farms. 💚

To everyone who came out to support us at the Stockholm Sovereign Market yesterday — thank you. Truly.

Yesterday was our busiest market day yet, and we’re honestly blown away by the support this community continues to show for local farms, local food & the food sovereignty movement.

From all the conversations, the encouragement, the suggestions for future products, and all the new faces we got to meet — it was an incredible day from start to finish.

Seeing people genuinely care about where their food comes from means more to us than we can put into words.

Due to prior commitments, we won’t be back at the market again until June 20th — but after yesterday, we already can’t wait to see everyone again then. 🌱

We’re heading home from today’s Stockholm Sovereign Market feeling incredibly grateful.

Seriously — thank you.

Every single time we set up, we never take for granted that you choose to spend your Saturday with us. You show up, you support small, you bring your families, and you believe in what we’re doing — and that means everything.

We were busy all day, had some great conversations, met new faces, and saw plenty of familiar ones too. That kind of support doesn’t go unnoticed.

When we started all of this, the goal was simple:

And when we launched County Bagel Co at the Stockholm Sovereign Market… we truly didn’t know what the reaction would be.

Because from day one, we made a decision:

This time of year is all about fresh starts, family, and appreciating the simple things… and that’s exactly what life on the farm is all about.
