Good morning! We now have openings for milk customers! Our cows are A2/A2 Jerseys. We feed a non-gmo & non soy diet.
It is $10 a gallon (this is a 1/2 gallon so it would be $5).
Just shoot us a message for more information or to set up a day to meet our cows and check out our farm.

Of course! The cows are producing milk and I'm still making cheese!!

This is my nemesis! Mozzarella! People think it is an easy or beginner cheese and I can assure you that it is not! Every cheese maker I know agrees!

I've taken this as a challenge for the summer!

Meet my new friend....Naturally acidified mozzarella! I have to admit I'm still having trust issues but I am thinking of doing a class at some point!

He shared our story nationwide.

I get requests like this from time to time and I thought this one especially well written and heartfelt.  When people take me to task for being libertarian, this is why.  Unless and until you've had that big-badged bureaucrat step into your house threatening to de
