At 12:13 this afternoon we had a few babies! 3.5 hours later we had 20 babies emerge from their eggs! Now so many hatched that its nearly impossible to count as they puff up in tye incubators 😍 these guys are SO tiny compared to chicken hatchlings. Just look at them!!

Got some more wonderful wheat berries! This time I got a new grain to try out. Research shows that kamut is good for pastries and baked goods that need a softer touch. I'll probably do a batch of each when I make tortillas, cookies, biscuits, cinnamon rolls, etc to see what the difference truly is! I've been using hard white wheat all this time and excited to try a new grain out! Yum, yum!!

Its a couple of large words that need to fit on here, which isnt really enough room, but I think I might have it figured out. Just need to stencil the layout on tye board to see how it might work before painting it.
