It’s been a long winter and I took some time to regroup, but I feel like I am coming out of hibernation now!

Some of you may know, but before Christmas I lost one of my biggest salty cheerleaders - my mom. She kept me going the last two years and shared my excitement of finding new flavours and new markets. I’m missing her so much but will keep on keeping on.

This year my focus will be more on Foodie focused shows and hopefully more product in local stores. Stay tuned!

Sadly I am down to the last batch of Wild Ramp for 2025! I love every aspect of this salt from foraging through the bush in April and May to hearing about how much you love this salt. My favorite comment this year on it was “it took my mediocre cooking to out of this world!”

I promise to forage through more acres of bush next spring and have a supply to last right through to Christmas! In the mean time, I still have a good supply of Garlic Scape, a great alternative!
