🍅 🌱 Tomato Starts 🌱 🍅
If anyone is interested in growing their own tomatoes this year, I have a few extra starts to share! They grow well in containers, and love heat, so do well on sunny back patios, etc.
These are all heirloom varieties (details and available quantities below). $3/ea. Payment via Venmo or PayPal, and pick up at the farm as soon as this weekend available.
P.S. If you don’t want to grow your own, no worries, I’ve gotcha covered later this summer 😉

(2) Old German
Hearty 1-lb. heirloom boasts beautiful color outside... extraordinarily sweet, yellow flesh with few seeds inside!
High on flavor and low on seeds! the big, 1-lb. (454-g), yellow fruit have a luscious red exterior and center. Although it has an odd shape, Old German is one of the best-tasting slicers you can grow. Dates back to the mid-1800s from Virginia's Shenandoah Valley.
(Sold out) Azoychka

Azoychka beefsteak tomatoes are heirlooms from Russia. They plants are regular-leaf, indeterminate, and open pollinated. They produce abundantly, up to 50 tomatoes per plant and are early producers, often done before the first frost. The tomatoes are yellow, round but slightly flattened, and grow to about 10 to 16 ounces (283 to 452 grams). Azoyhka tomatoes have a sweet, citrus-like flavor that is well-balanced with acidity.
(1) Vintage Wine
One of the very few pastel-hued tomatoes. A favorite of gourmet grocers, with attractive, 1-1/2 lb., pale pink fruits set off by golden stripes. Elegant, sweet and tasty, with a nice, mild flavor that compliments most dishes. Tall, 78" plants with potato-leaved foliage.

Heirloom cherry tomato with striped red fruit. Saved seeds from family- unknown origin.
(4) Roma Tiger
Heirloom, Roma sized tomato with striped red and green fruit. Saved seeds from neighbors family- originally from Italy. Great for marinara sauce!
(2) Heirloom Red
Heirloom, large sized tomato with striped red fruit. Saved seeds from family. Robust producer with large, sweet fruit, great for insalta caprese!
(2) Orange Currant

Miniature (1⁄4 – 1⁄2″) currant sized tomatoes bare a beautiful clementine color. Thick skin makes this a crack resistant variety that pops with flavor! The flavor is excellent, fruity and sweet. Quality will hold for a long time both on and off the plant. Extremely productive, tall vines will produce all season long.
