On behalf of the O'Donnell Volunteer Fire Department we would like to say thank you for making The OVFD Fall Fest such a fun day. It was a hot one but it was a great one!
To our Vendors- Thank you for coming. We are so thankful to have our local vendors and out of town vendors come together for our event. To see all of the fun and creative booths come to life is always so fun.
To our community- Thank you for showing up and attending. We saw a lot of familiar faces and we got to meet a lot of great people from out of town too. What a blessing that is!
To our softball tournament players and helpers- Thank you so much for coming out and joining our tournament. It was a hot day and we are so glad to know it was a fun time.
A huge thank you to the TexMex Hippies for coming out and entertaining O'Donnell!! The music was great! We love to see our community dancing and having so much fun together.

There will never be enough words on how thankful we are to be able to host this event how truly thankful we are to everyone that helps our department during this time. Once again thank you to everyone!!

Ready for Saturday!!? So are we!!!! Here's some information-

VENDORS- Set up will begin at 7:30AM that morning. Local Fireman will be available to direct you to your booth area. The event will kick off at 10AM!!! Parking for vendors will be in a grassy area across from the Softball field. For the electricity booths, remember your extention cords as not all outlets are super close. Also, please do not overload the outlets as other vendors could be on the same circuit.
PARADE- Line up will begin at 8:15AM at Wollam Gin with the parade starting at 9AM. All are welcome to be in the parade. Vendors setting up on 9th street please be aware the parade will go through that area. We ask that you keep the main portion of the road clear.
SOFTBALL- The tournament will begin at 10AM. To enter the parking area for the tournament, you will not be able to drive down 9th St from Doak. We ask that you turn left down 10th Street, turn left at Small St (street behind the field) and turn left again on 9th. You will see the entrance to the Softball parking area on your left. Brackets will be sent out Thursday to Teams. Cash Or Venmo will be accepted for payment.
PARKING- Parking for the event will be in the same areas as last year. Those areas being to the right of the Post Office on Doak St and being directly in front of the Post Office on the concrete area on Doak St.
Please stay hydrated and bring all your friends!!!! See you all Saturday 🙌🙌

Parade information-
Our parade this year will line up around 8:15 and start at 9AM! All are welcome to join!
We will meet at the Wollam Gin and line up with O'Donnell Police Department leading us down 5th St, turning right at Small St, going down Small until 9th St, proceeding down 9th until turning right onto Doak St, from Doak the parade will conclude back at Wollam Gin.
We hope to see everyone there!
Vendors with food truck on 9th St: We understand that the parade will happen during the end of the set up time. We ask that we leave the main portion of the road clear for the parade. We dont see much interference with your set up! We appreciate everyone!
