💥NEW Burnt Ends Glaze – we can’t have a Fresh Market without a creative new idea (or three) from Chef Beto! Top notes of peppery/hickory bbq, a hint of spice and a splash of sweetness from local honey and fresh pineapple puree. Perfect for brisket, shredded beef or burnt ends to make them sticky and sweet, hot dog burnt ends or any cut of pork.
💥NEW Rhubarb BBQ Sauce - the look of traditional barbecue but a flavor far beyond. Chef used Rhubarb from Hain's Gardens in Osage to create a tangy barbecue sauce perfect for summer grilling.
