I made this the other day and it had been the perfect breakfast especially with the cooler temps to start the day. Top it with your favorite Will-A-Way Maples maple syrup and maybe some candied nuts and you are good to go. Their recipe is in the comments.

Getting the wood covered before the rain settles in the for the rest of the weekend. We sure do need the rain but the wood is almost dry for the upcoming sugaring season.

We got up before the sun this morning and headed to the Big E fair to drop off more product. From there we decided to check out the Bridge of Flowers in Shelburne Falls, Massachusetts. It was a beautiful day to take in such a pretty sight. If you are down in that area it’s worth the stop.
