Caracol Language Coop.

Caracol Language Coop. Opening multilingual channels of communication to ignite language justice in our communities. We are Caracol Language Coop. Somos la Coop. de Lenguaje Caracol.

Abrimos canales de comunicación multilingüe para encender la llama de la justicia de lenguaje en nuestras comunidades. We believe that the languages we use are intimately connected with who we are, our thoughts, our emotions, our dreams, our cultures, our passions, our politics... everything. We work to create inclusive multilingual spaces where each of us may feel free to bring our whole self in

to the room.

"Solidarity through Social Isolation

The Coping with Corona Collective is an emergent community response to the coronavirus pandemic and its impact on our loved ones, our communities, and our movement efforts in ways that are still revealing themselves to us. The CWC Collective is using online spaces to bring people together where we can connect, learn, and support each other through our fear, grief, and confusion. Healers, policy makers, therapists, faith leaders, organizers, and cultural workers have made offerings that include conversations on dying, updates on policy advocacy, trainings on mutual aid, parent support circles, somatic work, a cooking show, and even zoom karaoke. This is an amazing, intimate, and profound collective space committed to being in solidarity even through our social isolation."

"Care in Uncertain Times Syllabus

As we collectively deal with the implications of social distancing, stay-at-home orders, and a global pandemic, questions of care and self-care have become ever more important. They show how radical care is essential to enduring precarity and to laying the groundwork for new futures.

All content is free to read online through June 30, 2020."
