I make a mean PB&J...

It started during COVID out of curiosity and because we wanted to gift little jars of joy during an uncertain time.

The hobby stuck and expanded into a side hustle, where we bring our curiosity to our flavors. During COVID, my life went from running 100mph getting my kids from one event to the next, to absolute stillness. I didn't know what to do with myself so I reached out to my dear friend, and she walked me through learning how to make jam. This adventure turned my interests to gardening, and I found complete peace when it was nothing but me and my produce. This journey brought me to where I am...Caught in a Jam. I am now back to my 100 mph life, while trying to maintain some of the peace I found when I was forced to sit still. I will share some links when I find the equipment I use or intend to use.
