Hummingbird cake ...mmmm...... made with our sprouted einkorn and rye flour, organic bananas, pineapple and crispy pecans AND sweetened with local maple syrup! These along with our chocolate date cake and fig, pear and ginger cake will be available tomorrow at Manitowoc Farmers Market.

Baked some acorns. We will process these this winter. :) Plan is to turn it into flour.... after soaking them to get r...
