Why wait until the farmers market?? Fresh picked and cleaned rhubarb available for farm pick up. Each bundle averages over 3.5 lbs for $8. The diced rhubarb is over 4 lbs and is $12. PM to arrange pick up.

I have talked about doing this for years. Time to follow through and give it a whirl. Drying dandelion root and then eventually roasting it. This is a staple in our pantry so might as well make our own. It is so good for you. :)
I found a few chamomile flowers to. Love this time of year!

Fresh out of the oven. I have a dozen of chocolate chip and mint chocolate chip cookies available for farm pick up. These delicious cookies are made with sprouted einkorn and sprouted rye flours that were grown right here at Our Little Farm!

So....you've all heard of the saying "When life gives you lemons, make lemonade". Well in our case, when we accidentally mix our crop of einkorn berries in with our rye berries we bake....well everything with sprouted einkorn and sprouted rye mix. 😀
We are super excited to have our very own grown einkorn and rye in our kitchen! All grown regeneratively without chemicals or pesticides!
I will be having samples at Manitowoc Farmers Market this Saturday so you can get an idea of this new and yummy product.
