A little Viking Hat Bakery update:

If you’ve been looking for us at St. Matthews Farmers Market this season, you may have noticed we’re not there regularly this year. I’m currently going through some pretty intensive medical treatment, and for now I’ve had to scale back my market schedule and focus on getting well.

I miss our fellow vendors and our wonderful customers more than I can say. The market community has been such a special part of our lives, and I can’t wait to be back with all of you full-time next season.

The good news? Viking Hat Bakery hasn’t disappeared!

My rockstar husband, Chef Victor, can still be found at New Albany Farmers Market. And from time to time, you’ll also find Viking Hat Bakery treats inside our vintage shop, East Elm Collective, located within The District Artisan Market & Patio in New Albany.

Thank you for all the support, encouragement, and kindness you’ve shown our family. We’re looking forward to the day when this season is behind us and we’re back doing what we love together.
