Bourbon barrel honey garlic chicken thighs 🤤

I used Mahoney Farms boneless, skinless chicken thighs, Countryside Acres Honey bourbon barrel honey, and garlic from Garlic Girl Farm! We still have some chicken thighs and honey in stock, but it goes fast so make your order our website soon. I was so excited to find someone local who grows chemical free garlic! It’s really aromatic and super delicious. She’s located right in Manhattan, IL, and you just send her a message to make your order and schedule a pick up time. I’m going to make garlic confit with fresh crusty bread next, I can’t wait!

Varroa Mites are the number one killer of bees. All
The girls got a dose of oxalic acid this morning. It’s a natural acid that has no effect on the bees and does not stay in the wax.

Picked up a few frames and foundations from Premier Bee Products today. That should get us through the year and a start to next spring.
