Meli Bakes is hitting the road! Message me about having the cupcake lady at your job once a week selling cupcakes to you and your co-workers. Nothing like a delicious treat to help the workday go by. Whether it's a weekly thing, a monthly thing, or just for special events, Meli Bakes is at your service.

I'll travel to your workplace with freshly baked cupcakes and sell them individually until supplies run out. Fresh and delicious!

Going to start working on some recipes. Please keep in mind these items use more expensive/harder to get ingredients and therefore the prices are higher than my regular items.

I need to try out a lot of recipes and perfect them to make sure they meet my standards. So stay tuned!

These were an experiment. I usually stay far FAR away from gluten free or vegan or any such nonsense 😉. We do the real deal here at Meli Bakes. However for special ppl I will make exceptions. These are just something I was playing around with that ended up working out very nicely. Gluten free AND vegan. They're pumpkin cupcakes with chocolate frosting. I made sure the cupcakes were delicious enough to eat without frosting. And I ate about 6 of them so that should tell you something. Then I added the frosting. STOP the car, get out on the 836, walk over to the passenger side and slap yo mama because the frosting is THAT good. Benji got a taste then grabbed a little chair and sat it right next to the counter and said "more delicious chocolate please". Needless to say we cleaned the bowl. These cupcakes make me think the world of gluten free/ vegan doesn't have to be depressing.

When you take extra steps to make sure things are delicious, it makes a difference. If it's not delicious, it's not worth it!!💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖
