Cream of wheat is the easiest way to add fresh milled flour into your diet. My kids ask for it multiple times a week! I happily oblige every time.

These cherry sourdough ‘pop tarts’ are made completely from scratch with fresh milled soft white wheat, hard white wheat, and kamut - because around here, we don’t buy pop tarts …. we make them better. 

Filled with our own homemade cherry jam and wrapped in naturally fermented sourdough pastry, this is a fun, nourishing twist on a childhood favorite.
