Sometimes recipe testing doesn’t go quite as planned… and sometimes it turns out even better than I imagined! 🤤

Today’s surprise success: Banana Nut Sourdough Bagels 🍌🥯

Soft, chewy, lightly sweet, and packed with real banana flavor and crunchy nuts, these bagels are everything I was hoping for and more. The natural sweetness from the bananas pairs perfectly with the tangy sourdough, making them a delicious breakfast or snack option.

Safe to say this recipe is a keeper! Who would love to see these added to the menu let me know below!

The ovens are fired up and we’ve been baking nonstop! We’re so excited to see everyone this weekend at the Dakota Prairie Playhouse from 8–2.
