When our family farm began back in 1873, there was no such thing as a Honeycrisp apple. But because of a relentless drive to keep the farm thriving, my grandfather, Otto, and his children planted our very first Honeycrisp trees over twenty years ago. Handing the apples from those exact same trees to our customers today, I see firsthand the impact of those three words. Our customers want to know exactly where their fruit comes from. They want to know there’s a family caring deeply about every single piece of fruit that bears our name on the box. That is our legacy.
