Looking for a new comfort-food obsession? Try these Simple Pork Birria Tacos! Tender, slow-cooked pork, crispy tortillas, and a flavorful broth for dipping—what more could you want? Cook them up for your next family dinner and watch everyone fall in love. Tag a friend who needs to make this ASAP!

Easy Pork Birria Recipe
Season & Sear:

Season ~2 lbs of cubed pork shoulder with salt, pepper, and a dash of cumin.
Brown the pork in a hot pot or Dutch oven to lock in flavor.
Blend the Sauce:

In a blender, combine 2–3 dried chiles (ancho or guajillo), 1 chopped tomato, 2 garlic cloves, ½ onion, a pinch of oregano, and about 1 cup of broth or water.
Blend until smooth.
Simmer:

Pour the sauce over the seared pork and add ~2 cups of broth.
Let it simmer on low for 2–3 hours (or until the pork shreds easily).
Season with additional salt, pepper, or spices to taste.
Assemble the Tacos:

Dip Mr. Tortilla 1 net carb tortillas into the birria broth.
Place on a hot skillet, add the shredded pork, and sprinkle with cheese if desired.
Fold and cook until both sides are crispy.
Serve & Enjoy:

Serve with a side of the broth for dipping.
Top with onions, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime.

Tostadas de Tinga using Low Carb TortillasCan you say DELICIOUSHaven't really been posting, keeping my meals simple and plain. I'm down officially 12 lbs since the last time I checked in (Jan. 2nd)Feeling great and super motivatedChicken Tinga is so easy to make and a family favorite. Here's how I make mineINGREDIENTS:•3- boneless chicken breast (if large only 2)• 1- onion• 4- tomatoes•3- garlic cloves•21/2 tbsp Chicken Knorr•1-7 oz. can- chipotle peppers (add less if you don't want it too spicy)• Salt & Pepper-In a small pot cook chicken in water with 1/2 onion & salt-In another small pot boil 3 tomatoes-when chicken is cooked and shreddedCut 1/2 onion in thin long slices. Fry onion in avocado oil.-while onion is finishing cooking add 3 boiled tomatoes, 1 can chipotle peppers, 3 garlic cloves, 2 1/2 tbsp chicken knorr, light pepper and about 1 cup or less of chicken broth juice from the chicken you boiled.Add everything to blender and mix all together.-add shredded chicken to the fried onion and blended salsa-mix everything together, onion, chicken and salsa really well-turn off when it starts boiling
