Welcome to Honeybee Baking! A local woman-owned business that makes seasonal baked goods from scratch. Traditional Salvadoran desserts crafted and served as well. Custom orders for those with food sensitivities are welcome. Serving the greater Athens, Georgia area.

It's hard to imagine improving upon honey .. but we are going to try something new. 'Creamed honey', based on a carefully controlled process to form very fine crystals, retains the taste and nutrition but is much more 'spreadable'. We intend to introduce creamed honey in the near future. The creaming process also opens the door to introducing specialized flavors .. some on the table are 'lemon honey', 'mint honey' and (hot) 'Chili honey' ... but we'd welcome your suggestions!
