Check your bottle or jars. I noticed yesterday after opening a new bottle that the fermentation got reactivated and built pressure. It’s totally fine to eat, it just needs burped regularly. I did pull the glass jars. I’m not as worried about the plastic bottles. I couldn’t figure out the cause until I opened the leftover lemon juice and it hissed at me. Must of been a sweet lemons to ferment alone.

Wasabi Ginger Pears with real Wasabi flown in on ice from Oregon. S***t S***t Mesquite with teal Mesquite cold smoked for 4-5 hours and fermented over 9 months and has raisins. Both have Medium and Hotter, S***t S***t is the hottest this year. Be in Vinton Thursday, Williamsburg Friday and CR Saturday farmers markets.
