Autentico Is Here

Today, April 29, we celebrate the second day of Autentico: The Italian Food & Wine Festival with the highly anticipated Grand Tasting at the Coral Gables Country Club, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Autentico is one of the most beloved events produced by our Chamber of Commerce, bringing together top Italian restaurants, Italian producers, importers, and distributors of specialty foods for an incredible evening dedicated to the excellence of Italian cuisine.
Guests will enjoy tastings of some of the finest Italian products available in the market, together with wonderful dishes prepared directly by the chefs of the invited Italian restaurants. Food, wine, and beverages will be included with your ticket throughout the Grand Ballroom, the Atrium Room, and the outdoor Pizza Village.

Received these all natural samples today from Grondona Pasticceria Genovese located in Genova (Genoa)!
We are always open to tasting samples to find the very best Italy has to offer! Some products make our lineup…but only if they are outstanding. Others times we decline the producer because the quality is not high enough for our customers.
We will taste these over the next few days and see if this producer can meet or exceed our expectations!
