Weather was rainy & cold. I forgot to post last night, but I made Chicken, Chickpea soup. I added some left over zucchini & yellow squash for veggies. It came out good & was just right for a cold night.

Had a special request today. A customer wanted to treat a client with a Vegan Pecan Pie. Of course Pinterest came to my rescue. Of course I should have asked my friend Courtney Weidner. Here are a couple of pictures. I did ask my customer to have his client to let ne know how it tasted.

Cooking day…enough food for almost a week. Everything Bagel seasoned chicken breast, mixed greens with turkey neck, roasted veggies & a vegetarian breakfast hash😋😋. If you’d like meals like these let us know on this post & we’ll reach out to you.

Just finished baking 16 dozen cookies for a reception. Sugar, Snickerdoodle, Chocolate Chip, & Lemon.
