We were excited to see that in 2025, according to the Maine Youth Integrated Health Survey High School Report, kids statewide in Maine ate more fruits 🍓🍊🍌and vegetables 🥕🥦 than in 2023!

That is music to our ears (and bodies!). Fruits & vegetables are essential for a healthy diet, promoting overall health and reducing the rest of chronic disease.
