🦌 Venison processing starts Monday!

We’re getting ready for another deer season at Stokke’s Meat Market! Whether you’re looking to get whole deer processed or drop off boneless trim for sausage, we have options to help you make the most of your harvest.

A few things to keep in mind this year:
• Whole deer drop-off starts Monday, November 2, with a $175 processing fee and $50 deposit.
• Whole deer orders are accepted through November 25.
• Boneless trim can be dropped off at either our Adolph or Lakewood meat market through January 1.
• Sausage processing begins January 2, 2027.
• All orders will be picked up and paid for at our processing plant this year.
