Do we have blackberries? Yes! They need picked every day. I’m sorry, we do not sell already picked baskets at the patch. We have had several come out just today for already picked. You have to buy already picked from the stores. Currently S&S foods, Arab WDG & Foodland, Warrior Piggly Wiggly has our picked blackberries for sale today.

We are open for U-PICK Blackberries! Nectar circle road, Hayden. Please only pick in the green baskets that we provide. They are in the tent. Honor system on post by the tent, come when you can, cameras are on the property! We are always around somewhere close by. $16 per 3 quart basket. When it’s full, it’s full!!! We are not making volcanoes for science class. $16 for 3 quarts! We work hard to provide this opportunity to our community, please don’t take advantage. Thanks!!

As most of you have probably heard by now Peaches all over the country got hit pretty hard by the late freeze. We have Peaches this year, but many suffered cold weather damage. This comes in the form of split seed. The seeds are normally enclosed in a large brown hard pit, this pit is what has split and what you see in the picture. There is nothing wrong with this peach other than it has a split seed. Let me suggest not cutting it straight down the middle but around the pit. The peaches taste as good as they ever have, and they will continue to get better as the season progresses. Again, there is nothing wrong with this peach, it just has a split seed from cold weather. Having said that S&S Cleveland has Peaches, and many of them have split seed. Just want y’all to be aware and we appreciate y’all helping us get through this season in spite of split seed.
