I know it’s been quiet over here for a bit, sorry for disappearing. The last few weeks in the kitchen have been a little chaotic (in the best and messiest ways). Between late-night bakes, custom orders, and keeping everything running, social media ended up on the back burner.

Sometimes the dough has a mind of its own… and today it pulled a total Bob Ross. 🎨🍞
What started as a little baking mishap turned into a “happy little accident” of bread. It’s golden, fluffy, and better than I planned. Proof that in the kitchen (and in life), sometimes the unexpected turns out the most delicious.
