October Employee of the Month: Stephanie Haynes

Ms. Stephanie is a beloved and longtime member of the Ralph’s Market team. She currently serves as our HR and Payroll Coordinator, but throughout her years with the company, she has learned and worked in nearly every position. She truly can do it all!

Ms. Stephanie is often called upon to assist at various store locations, filling in for employees who are out on sick leave or vacation. No matter the position, location, or time, she willingly steps up to help and proves time and again that she is the ultimate team player.

She embodies our 'One Focus, One Team' value, which is such an important part of the Ralph’s Market culture. The next time you shop with us, we hope you have the opportunity to experience Ms. Stephanie’s helpful nature and positive attitude firsthand.
