Checking out the sweet corn progress! We decided to plant two varieties this year - Incredible and Kate sweet corn! To avoid cross pollination, we planted the Kate corn on our land across the road. It’s our first year with this variety, so we’re looking forward to trying it out!

What are your secrets for perfectly peelable hard boiled eggs?! Personally, I like to use an instapot! It doesn’t matter if the eggs are fresh from the coop or if they’re old - they turn out perfect every time🙂

Did you know that sheep chew cud just like cows do? They basically eat a bunch of grass and then go find a quiet place to lay down, regurgitate what they just ate, chew it again, then swallow it a second time. It’s called rumination, and it helps extract all of the nutrients they need and improve digestion.
