Hello fellow Mermaid Yogi peeps 🧜‍♀️

I am sorry to report I will not be at the Panama City Market this weekend, I have a prior engagement. 😕

However, I have been working diligently on my Sourdough boule flavors. I will start carrying bougie, fun, exotic flavor Sourdough boules weekly at the Market and for purchase outside the Market.

*Days for pick up will be announced.*

I made some Truffle Brie (Rebel Cheese) and Fig Jam Sourdough boules last week and they sold out within the first hour. Duly noted! I have been playing around with a Pickle, Roasted Garlic and Dill flavor ~ crazy good. My Mexican Street Corn Sourdough is fire 💥 I also have a Pesto Sourdough that is perfect paired with an olive oil dipping sauce❗️There will not be any leftovers. 😉

I will see you next weekend and hopefully at the Hub soon. ✌️

Hello fellow Plant- Based food lovers ~ for the Market this Saturday I will have Lemon Kissed Blueberry Muffins, Chocolate Banana Peanut Butter Muffins, Strawberry Muffins, Decorated Focaccia like the one below that my Daughter, Olivia created, so very cute. Toasted Coconut Blueberry Granola and Pear, Rosemary and Feta Scones. 🍓🫐🍋🥥🍫🥜🍐

I sold out of muffins and scones last week which made me so very happy that others are discovering how delicious plant based food is.

Good Rainy Saturday 💦

I will be making an appearance today at the Panama City Farmers Market. Come out and have some fun ~ the rain looks minimal.

As some of you know I have been working on baking Gluten Free which is a whole nother animal. It is a very difficult method of baking but not impossible. I actually am enjoying the challenge.

Today I have GF Chocolate Chip Banana bread, An Apple a Day bread and the Lemon Kissed Blueberry Bread ~ my best seller. I also have regular Lemon Kissed Blueberry Bread and An Apple a Day bread.

Cookies are on the menu as well, GF and regular Mexican Chocolate Snickerdoodles and Chocolate Chip. And GF Blackbery Oatmeal Shortbread ~ Delish!

As always we are a Vegan Bakery ~ 🐽

Good rainy morning ☔️
I will not be at the Farmers Market today because of the rain storms. I hope this isn't too much of an inconvenience for any of my followers. I hope to see everyone next Saturday.
I'll be making an announcement this week about the possibility of adding another Market or two to my schedule. ✌️💛
