They sold out today β but don't worry, they'll be back tomorrow! π₯π±
Our young potatoes were gone before the day was over, and honestly, we're not surprised. Once you know the story behind them, it makes sense.
These vegetables come from small Amish farms where farming is still done the way it always has been. Horses plow the fields. Soil is nourished with compost and aged manure β never synthetic fertilizers. Pests are managed with companion planting and marigolds, not chemicals. And every single vegetable is hand-picked at just the right moment.
The photos we're sharing today are a little glimpse into that world β real Amish farmers, real soil, real food. No factories, no shortcuts.
Fresh young potatoes and cabbage will be back on our shelves tomorrow morning. Come early! π₯¬
