This project means a lot to my family. My children participate in activities at the Latinx Technology & Community Center, where they learn, make friends, have fun, and feel a strong sense of belonging. In fact, our entire family takes part in many of the programs and events offered by the Center. It has become an important part of our lives and our community. ❤️
This place also holds a special place in our family's story because it is where Sweet Home Argentina was born. From our very first days as a small business, we found support, opportunities, and a community that believed in us.
That’s why I’m excited to see the vision of the Latinx District moving forward. I believe in creating spaces where families, children, entrepreneurs, and local businesses can grow and thrive together. I’m proud and grateful to be part of a community that celebrates its culture, supports one another, and is helping build a brighter future for Flint.
