We are a full service grocery store that sells organic and all-natural products. We also have a Kitchen that offers breakfast, lunch, dinner and catering. We are a locally-owned cooperative. That means that anyone that shops at ONF can also become a member of the store! You don't have to be a member to shop - everyone is welcome!

Today we are shining a spotlight on Neighborly Food Co.! ✨

Neighborly Food Co. was started to provide delicious, nutritious food and donates 100% of the profits to help advance the missions of organizations that address food security. One of those organizations is The Pack Shack. Since 2014, The Pack Shack has engaged hundreds of thousands of people to pack tens of millions of meals for neighbors in need through their crazy fun Feed the Funnel parties.
Neighborly Food Co. creates delicious, nutritious, globally inspired meals. They’ve taken the world’s most common meal, rice & beans, and added bold, flavorful seasonings that reflect the world’s many and varied cultures. We believe small actions can create meaningful change. Community Change allows shoppers to donate their spare change at the register to local organizations every time they shop. Through Community Change, selected organizations receive support throughout their selected month. Together, we can continue investing in a stronger, healthier, and more connected Northwest Arkansas. 🎉

Our Community Change partner for June is Canopy NWA! ✨

Canopy’s mission is to create a community where refugees are welcomed and
equipped with all they need to build new lives. Through their Long Welcome program, they provide vital services to ensure that our new neighbors thrive in Northwest Arkansas.

In 2015, Northwest Arkansas residents united to respond to the global refugee crisis. Finding limited local avenues for resettlement support and motivated by the absence of an active agency in the area, they embarked on a mission to welcome refugees, driven by the belief that their inclusion would enrich and strengthen the community.

This collective effort led to the creation of Canopy, which officially became a refugee resettlement site in October 2016, after partnering with Global Refuge. By December of the same year, Canopy welcomed its first refugee family to NWA.

Who is a Refugee?
A Refugee is a person forced to flee their country because of violence or persecution of their race, religion, nationality, membership in a particular social group, or political opinion.

950+ refugees resettled in NWA since 2016.
750 currently served through the Long Welcome Program:

• Career Pathway & Employment
• Economic Advancement
• Immigration Legal Services

As we continue to strengthen the local economy here in Northwest Arkansas, we’re excited to shine a spotlight on some of our incredible local partners! Stay tuned as we highlight the people and businesses that make our community so special. 🎉

Today, our local partner is Loblolly Creamery in Little Rock! 🍦

Loblolly Creamery was founded in 2011 by Sally in Little Rock. Loblolly Creamery builds every recipe from the ground up, using fresh seasonal ingredients. They also use 15% butterfat to create a thick creamy base for their amazing ice cream! They do not use any premixes, preservatives, or artificial stabilizers. They also have a great selection of vegan, dairy-free, and gluten-free options!

They take their inspiration from the Arkansas seasons and the local food scene.
They offer several different amazing flavors. And we love all of their flavors! We are especially loving their seasonal Strawberry Buttermilk right now! House-Made Strawberry compote mixed with tangy, Bulgarian buttermilk. Tastes like a strawberry cheesecake. 🍓

We carry their pint size ice cream and also a 5 oz. size that has a spoon underneath so you can enjoy it right away!

At Ozark Natural Foods, we believe small actions can create meaningful change. That’s why we’re excited to open applications for our 2027 Community Change Program.

This program supports Northwest Arkansas organizations that are making a difference by serving underserved communities and helping individuals and families facing hardship. Through Community Change, selected organizations receive support and increased visibility throughout the year.

If your organization is working to strengthen our community, we encourage you to apply.

As we continue to strengthen the local economy here in Northwest Arkansas, we’re excited to shine a spotlight on some of our incredible local partners! Stay tuned as we highlight the people and businesses that make our community so special. 🎉

Today, our local partner is Mashie Farm from Elkins! ✨

Mashie Farm is a second-generation farm operation that was started by Emily and Liz’s parents in 1988. Their parents moved from big-city life to the quiet of the Ozarks and built onto the small farmhouse already on the land. The family bought cattle and learned from the neighbors how to harvest hay, and their father helped develop the small town through his carpentry. They enjoyed their childhood barefoot playing on the land.

Today, Emily and Liz run the farm. They practice regenerative agriculture and allow the livestock to play their role in healing the earth around them. As the animals move they help to add carbon to the soil, add to the soil’s capacity for healthy plants and help create a robust root system that captures as much rainfall as possible.

These animals live healthy lives feasting on nature, the way they were meant to. The Mashie sisters aim to restore the ecosystem around them while raising happy animals and growing the highest quality meat. We believe in their mission and are so inspired by their practice!

Today, our local partner is C's Bees from Prairie Grove! ✨ 🐝🍯

C’s Bees started with a simple fascination that turned into a calling. What began as a backyard hobby quickly grew into a full-fledged family business.

“Hand-harvested, unfiltered, and full of flavor — straight from our hives to your table. Our honey is produced right here in Northwest Arkansas and bottled with care.
At C’s Bees, we believe in keeping things natural, local, and sustainable — and we’re proud to serve our community one jar, one hive, and one beekeeper at a time.”

They also supply bee keeping supplies and offer humane bee removal and relocation services!
