What an amazing event today at No Dirt Farms! Farm to table for the Mercyhurst Partner's lunch. I had the pleasure working with the one and only Parkhurst Dining. The food and company was amazing!! Missed my girl Chef Marcy, but we kept her updated throughout the day!

Had a great day working with some of my favorite chefs at Mercyhurst! They put on quite the spead. It was awesome to see the kids from Wilson garden club so fascinated in what we all do. I got to try some of Northern Scoop Craft Ice Cream strawberry rhubarb icecream.... OMG it's AMAZING!!

We had a lot of great people stop out at the greenhouse to see what we do! Bodhi Gardens is going to be a game changer in Erie, focusing on providing healthy, sustainable food to low income residents and vetrans. Thank you ECGRA, Erie County Department of Veteran Affairs, EMTA and Second Harvest Food Bank. We can't wait to get this project underway!

took a field trip to NDF to come see what we do. It was awesome to see kids interested in sustainability. They released 3,000 ladybugs 🐞 to understand why our produce is healthier without the pesticides. Who knew it would be that much fun!! Amazing group of students! 🌍🌱
