Oh I’m so awesome…

So awesome at messing up. 😂 😂 😂 I went into super build mode on a 6x18. I found help moving, finishing and installing the big 10x28 so I have a few days to get a smaller order done. I stayed up late for two nights and woke up super early to finish so I could deliver tomorrow. I went to finish it up this morning and I realized I built it backwards 🤦🏻‍♀️ 😆 Needless to say I now have an extra one available and it’s posted on my site. It’s the 6x18 Chicken Studio XL. Only difference is the enclosed section is on the left and run on the right. So backwards from the picture. Anyhow, if I missed any messages, I’m sorry. I’m focusing on getting these two done so I can start taking custom orders again.

To finish up my day, I completed the touch up paint and modified a few things on this beauty. I assembled it in the rain a few days ago, waited for the crazy storms to pass, then it rained today while I was there 🤦🏻‍♀️ 😂

The chickens love their new home, but were mad at me for taking pictures! 😂

Remember we aren’t trying to prove why the chickens need a larger space, it’s why your student needs more space to properly complete daily assignment/tasks safely.

I love their coloring. 😍 I have some columbian Silkied and straight feather bantam Cochin breeders. I know these aren’t technically good breeders, but I love my color combos so they will have a breeding coop of their own.

Assembled before the rain, but a few modifications to be made once this crazy weather passes! We have to raise the foundation a bit to level it out and touch up paint. 8x6 coop with a 10x10 run.

Updated pictures! Working on the roof 😊😍

My delivery this weekend is going together beautifully! Of course rain is moving in and is flipping my whole schedule upside down 🤦🏻‍♀️ So now I’m pushing full force to get this out early Saturday morning. I will hopefully beat the rain!! The second deliver is not looking so good. 😢

If you need a coop before the rain, I still have one of these available.

Approved through Class Wallet as of yesterday with the justification letter. It’s the 6x12 version, not quite enough room for 12 chickens but it’s a start.

Also, I was digging around my emails this morning and noticed that there were some ESA families I missed responding to, sorry 😞 reach out if you still need a coop. We are making progress with the new changes!

Note: Students should be enrolled for the full year in the poultry program of choice, audits can still happen so keep a folder with invoices, approval paperwork, letters from 4-h etc that may help justify the coop, justification letter I will provide, and even pictures of school work with the student and chickens inside the coop. The more you collect, the better to prove its use for the curriculum if an audit occurs.

Wallpaper a chicken coop, I thought wow that should be fun. Yeah no one has ever said that I’m sure 😂 What was I thinking?!? 🤦🏻‍♀️ Oh yeah I was thinking it’s adorable. Let’s just hope it’s still hanging when I get back 😂 😂
