.... CHARGE!.... into the new school year this week.

The new chicken coop is 90% complete and the flock has been integrated and moved in! The next set of ladies should begin laying next month.

I can't complain. My soon-to-be 13-year-old just finished up the final load of our laundry including bedsheets. I am so grateful for her seeing a need and taking initiative. Now we have more time for fun stuff..... like planting flowers, playing disc golf (aka Frisbee for you east coast folks), and ziplining!
