RoyAn Ridge Farm, LLC We operate a farm outside of Ely, raising goats, cattle, chickens, ducks and eventually, we hope to add pasture pigs, too.

We also run The Lil’ Red Shed Honesty Stand, a road side, honor system, farm stand, selling our farm products and handcrafted soaps

All of the chicks are in the coop finally! The young rooster at the beginning is from our first hatch this spring and the little chicks in the back are our last hatch chicks (about 3 months in age difference). If you watch long enough, you can see “Mama Cheeks” come in to mother our newest babies added to the coop last night-she just loves to be momma to the babies!

Eleven years ago today, we started to expand our farm past chickens and we welcomed our first two goats to the farm, Rosie & Rudolph.

Wow! It seems unreal to think that we have had chickens, goats, ducks, cows, bees, guineas, rabbits, turkeys, peacocks, donkeys and pigs all on our farm in the last 11 years! Not too shabby for two people that didn’t grow up on farms.

When we moved here in 2011, the kids wanted “all the animals”, so hopefully they enjoyed our crazy chaos of animals while they were here. Not only did we raise a variety of animals here, we raised two really great farm kids (I’m a little biased)! 😍
