🎃 Happy October from Grands LC! 🍂

We’re all set up at the Black Lantern Bazaar at Memorial Park in East Jordan, hosted by Helix Creations and Dustin Heika!

A little windy today, but otherwise it’s been awesome! We’ve got about 15–20 vendors down here, some really cool setups, and we’re having a great time!

👻 Bring the kids down at 5 PM for trick-or-treating! Come check it out!

🎁 P.S. HOLIDAY TINS ARE HERE!

We’re taking orders for our $30 holiday tins, with deliveries planned for the last week of November into December!

What’s inside the tin:

1. 8 ounces of Grandma’s Famous Stupid Good
2. 8 ounces of Grandpa’s Famous Peanut Brittle
3. 8 ounces of Grandpa’s Famous Cashew Brittle

We’ll have one design this year, and you can see it right at the front of our table! If you’d like one, just let us know and we’ll put you on the list!

What a GREAT couple of days for Grands LC! 🍫🎉

First off, we apologize for not getting a post out yesterday. We’ve been running nonstop, but there’s a lot of exciting stuff happening!

Wednesday – Traverse City! 🚚

We kicked off the day with our first official delivery and handshake with Gavin of NWMI Hilltop Services, our new distributor!

Today, Gavin messaged with some good news and bad news.

The good news? He sold ALL the product we gave him!

The bad news? He doesn’t have any more product to sell! 😂

I’d say that’s a pretty good problem to have!

From there, we made our rounds:

🍫 Oleson’s West – Fully restocked! This store has been one of those funny stories where things moved slowly, slowly, slowly… and then suddenly took off! Love seeing that!

🍫 Oryana West – Another HUGE restock! It’s incredible seeing how well our products are moving here.

📻 KLT – Had some great conversations with Heather and Kim! We’ve got some really exciting things coming up, and you’re going to be hearing a lot more about Grands LC on the radio!

🍫 Momentum – Shelves filled back up!

🍫 Folgarelli’s – Another location that’s absolutely flying! We love seeing it!

🍎 Royal Farms – Picked up a TON of apples for something special we’ve got coming soon. Stay tuned for that one!

🍫 Save-A-Lot in East Jordan – Restocked!

Thursday – Petoskey & Harbor Springs! 🚚

We started the morning packaging hundreds of individual bites of Peanut Butter Brittle Butty, Gooder Bar, and Grandma’s Famous Stupid Good for KHQ! 🎃

They’re going to be handing out our treats in Traverse City on Halloween, and we’re so excited to be part of it!

Then we hit the road!

🍫 Coveyou Scenic Farm – Dropped off a bunch of fresh product! Thank you guys so much for the continued support!

🍫 Gurney’s in Harbor Springs – Another great restock! Products are moving wonderfully, and we couldn’t be happier!

And now we’re back home, getting ready for what’s next!

🚨 REMEMBER WHEN WE SAID SOMETHING EXCITING WAS COMING?! 🚨

Well, a couple weeks ago we said something exciting was on the way, and you said you’d hold your breath. Well, you can finally breathe again! 😂

Today, Grands LC made our FIRST delivery to NWMI Hilltop Services! 🎉

We had the pleasure of meeting and working with Gavin, the owner of NWMI Hilltop Services, who distributes everything from chips and caramel corn to all kinds of other snacks and goodies throughout Michigan.

This partnership opens the door to reaching more stores throughout Michigan. And Gavin isn’t wasting any time! Right after our delivery, he was already heading to a hospital and three other locations to start getting our treats on more shelves!

One thing I really admire about Gavin is his work ethic. He told me he’s been working six to seven days a week, and I know that feeling all too well! It’s exciting to work alongside somebody who has that same drive and determination to build something great.

There’s going to be a learning curve, no doubt about it. But this is a HUGE opportunity for Grands LC! Not only will it help keep our wholesale business moving through the slower winter months, but it gives us an incredible foundation heading into 2027!

We’re a small business from East Jordan, Michigan, and every new opportunity like this reminds us just how far a little determination and a whole lot of community support can take us.

☀️ What a beautiful Friday!

Today was a long one, traveling south to north, from Kalkaska all the way to Petoskey! Absolutely beautiful weather and just a great day in general. We hope everybody had a wonderful Friday!

Here’s how our delivery day went!

Our first stop! One of the tiers on their display rack had broken, so I brought a replacement specifically for them. Well, wouldn’t you know it, as soon as I got there, I dropped the brand-new one and broke it too! 😂 One weld survived, the other didn’t. Couldn’t help but laugh at that one!

Our main reason for making the trip north today! These guys placed a big order of Peanut Butter Brittle Butty, with some goodies heading out to some special people. We sure appreciate the support!

What a fulfilling day! A whole lot of miles, a whole lot of deliveries, and plenty to be thankful for.

Now it’s back to work in the kitchen!
