FRIENDS! We are doing a group buy-in meat share of a side of beef. There are now (11) 20 lb shares available for reservation. Each share is $225 and will include:

10 lbs ground beef
2 roasts (6-8 lbs)
2 steaks (about 2 lbs)
at least 1 other cut (1-2 lbs)

Roasts include tip, English, chuck, rump

Steaks include t bone, porterhouse, sirloin, ribeye

Other cuts include flat iron, tri-tip, London broil, short ribs, skirt steak, flank, stew meat

You can purchase multiple shares. Click here to fill out the reservation form. Once we receive your reservation, we'll send you an invoice in a separate email to pay online. We will include a delivery fee based on your location.
