Pineapple Habanero Dip
-12 ounces (or 1.5 packages) full fat cream cheese
-2 rings or (2/3 cups) fresh pineapple
-1.5 habanero peppers (use one if you're sensitive to spice)
-1 tablespoon of green pepper
-2 tsp pure cane sugar
-1 tsp garlic powder
-1 tsp onion powder
-1.5 tablespoons milk
-1 tablespoon pineapple juice
-pinch of salt
Blend it up into a food processor & serve chilled. Pita chips are the best tasting with this spread.

1 tsp vanilla extract
2 scoops unflavored protein powder
1.5 tablespoons maple syrup, honey, or blue agave
1 cup almond flour
¾ cup chocolate chips, melted
½ tsp coconut oil

My top 3 favorite ways to give gift cards at the holidays
The last one is my all-time favorite & wonderful as a hostess gift 🫶🏼
Idk about you but the logistics of giving somebody a plastic ornament ball with a bunch of glitter and fake snow with a gift card inside sounds like a logistical nightmare 😅

Creamy French Dressing
This is my husband’s favorite salad dressing. Makes about 1 & 1/2 cups 🫶🏼

Ingredients:
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1/4 cup cane sugar
1/4 red onion, diced
1/4 teaspoon salt
Fresh cracked pepper
1/2 cup avocado oil (or a neutral tasting oil)

Directions:
1. Add all ingredients into a wide mouth, 16 ounce mason jar.
2. Blend with immersion blender. (If you don’t have an immersion blender a food processor will work just fine).
3. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
