I have all the old favorites and some awesome new test products today at the Lincoln County Monthly Market Oklahoma!🤤 My booth is on the back wall of the main hall right on front of the gray Lincoln County banner.🐑 We have a wedding at 3, so I'll only be here until 2 today.🛍

Remember those ranch veggie chips I started a couple days ago? Well, they finished today, and it still amazes me how much water is in veggies!🥕🥒

18 pounds of raw veggies were prepped, mixed with a little avocado oil and the homemade ranch powder. After that, 16.8 pounds went in to the freeze dryer, and today ONLY ONE POUND & TWELVE OUNCES CAME OUT!😲

That means that 90% of the veggies are water! To put it in different terms, for every one ounce of freeze-dried ranch veggies chips you buy, you're really getting 10 ounces of veggies!🤓

I've finally been back on my feet for about a week after being sick for 3 of the 4 previous weeks.😷🤕🤧

This coming Saturday, March 8th is the next Lincoln County Monthly Market at the Lincoln County Fairgrounds. Right now, I have 15 pounds of ranch 🥕🥒 chips in the freezer dryer, and today, I'm prepping 15 pounds of cinnamon 🍎🍏 fries to go in next, while 🙏 that both batches get finished in time to be packaged and ready for Saturday!🛍
