Taking orders for white chocolate caramel apples! Varieties include Cinnamon-sugar, oreo, butterfinger, heath, andes mint, snickers and turtle. Cinnamon-sugar are $8, Candy topped apples are $9, turtle are $10. Would prefer you to text me your orders 217-304-4396. We will have 3 pickup evenings. December 9th, 16th and 23rd. If you need them a different day just let me know.

Choices include: cinnamon/ sugar, heath, Oreo, andes mint, snickers, turtle, butterfinger. It is white chocolate caramel apple time again!!! Cinnamon sugar, Oreo, Butterfinger, Snickers, Heath, Andes mint, and turtle are the different toppings available this year. Prices are $8 for cinnamon sugar, $9 for turtle, and $8.50 for everything else. The preferred way to order is to text Jeff at 217 304 4396 or call the kitchen and leave a message at 217 427 5484. The schedule pickup dates are December 11th, December 18th, and December 23rd. If you require a different pick up date please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate you. Order your Brisket or smoked chicken meals now! Saturday pickup from 4- 7. Curbside service. Meals come with 2 sides and a roll. Choose from loaded smashed potatoes, bbq beans and apple coleslaw. Brisket meals are $13 , chicken meals are $10. Also have pieces of red velvet layer cake and Italian cream layer cake for $3. Encore Catering is doing a carry out meal this Saturday from 4 pm to 7 pm. You can place orders starting now. Call the kitchen and leave a message with order and time of pickup. The menu is simple. We are doing 2 entrees: Brisket and smoked chicken (leg&thigh). Meals will include 2 sides. Choose from loaded smashed potatoes, apple coleslaw and bbq beans. We'll through in a roll to finish off the meal. There will be curbside service along commercial street behind our building at 206 N. Vermilion, Catlin. Kitchen number is 427-5484 or you can text me your order at 304-4396. Brisket meal will include a half lb combination of sliced brisket and burnt ends, 2 sides and roll for $13. Chicken meal will include1/4 chicken, 2 sides and roll for $10. We will also be doing slices of homemade layer cakes, Italian cream and red velvet for $3/ slice. Please share this post if you like.
