You asked, I listened! So many of you at the Farmers Market have been asking for homemade Kimchi (辣白菜), so I’m officially getting my secret recipe started today with these gorgeous Napa cabbages.

Managing wild yeast and managing active fermentation in veggies isn't all that different—it's all about patience, temperature, and craft. Can’t wait for you guys to try this batch! 🌶️🥬

Thank you so much for your incredible support today! We reached our highest sales record ever and completely maxed out our baking capacity. We are truly grateful.

We do still have a few boxes of cookies left from today’s market if anyone is interested! We can arrange pickup tomorrow (Sunday, June 14th) in Calhoun. Available flavors are:

(both always made with sourdough)

I will have fresh sourdough bread as usual. But I will have cinnamon rolls and a lots of cookies for the children’s day. Also cranberry walnut bread is back for tomorrow’s market.
