Our fresh, locally grown Shiitake mushrooms bring incredible flavor to the table, but there’s a lot more to love about them!
Shiitakes are naturally rich in beta-glucans, contain beneficial antioxidants, and provide important B vitamins and other nutrients that contribute to a healthy diet.
And let’s not forget that deep, rich, savory flavor! Sauté them, roast them, toss them into pasta, or simply enjoy them with a little butter and garlic. Sometimes the simplest ingredients make the best meals.
Fresh from our grow room to your kitchen!
