This time last week, it felt like the weight of the world was on our shoulders. Our dreams and our livelihood went up in flames. It was one of the worst moments we have ever experienced.

The days after that, however, showed us glimmers of hope and light with every message, every phone call, and every social media post. We've been a part of the fabric of this community for well over forty years. This week we saw all of you, our neighbors, come to support us as we reopened the food truck in our parking lot.

We have a long and expensive road ahead, and we can't tell you how much we appreciate the donations you have made to our GoFundMe account. You've surpassed $1,000 in donations this week! After nearly a week since the fire, we want to once again thank everyone for your incredible support. We’d like to give a special shout-out to our team who’s been working non-stop, for our goal to reopen. We are grateful for the sales from this past weekend and, although we would like to carry on working 24/7, we need to rest and be with our families. We’ll be closed today, but cannot wait to welcome you with open arms on Tuesday.

Después de casi una semana desde el incendio, queremos agradecer una vez más a todos por su increíble apoyo. Nos gustaría dar un saludo especial a nuestro equipo que ha estado trabajando sin parar, para nuestro objetivo de reabrir. Estamos agradecidos por las ventas de este pasado fin de semana y, aunque nos gustaría seguir trabajando las 24 horas, necesitamos descansar y estar con nuestras familias. Estaremos cerrados hoy, pero no podemos esperar para darle la bienvenida con los brazos abiertos el martes.
