Is it dinner time yet? We’re ready to try out this vegan pesto recipe tonight using unsweetened Almond Dream.
16 oz noodles
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 bell peppers, finely chopped
1 cup Unsweetened Original Almond Dream
1/2 cup prepared pesto
Salt to taste
Cook noodles as directed. In a small saucepan combine oil and onion. Cook until onions are translucent. Add bell peppers to onions and cook for approximately 4 minutes. Whisk in Almond Dream and heat until bubbly. Add in pesto and salt. Remove pasta from heat, drain and toss with sauce.
