Need to know to take up the issue with the concerned authorities:

1. Derasar was built on the legal premises or not
Ans : Derasar structure was legal and tolerated structure as bmc act 1888 as it was built prior to 1961-62 and was built in 1935

2. If not from how many years Derasar was exist
Ans : since 1935
3. Electric and water connecting of whose name?
Ans : on name of Shree 1008 Parshwanath Digamber Jain mandir trust
4. Any property tax or BMC documents available ?
Ans : assesment extract says its prior to 1961-62
5.Trust registration on the same address?
Ans : yes
6. Any Notice issued by BMC before the demolition?
Ans : notice U/S 488 bmc act was given which was challenged
but this notice which was couple with U/S 351 bmc act and
U/S 351 act order passed by Asst comm k east ward says structure is Autenticated and prior to 1961-62 which is tolearated structure can not be demolish without giving alternate accommodation.
7. Demolition reason they must have informed.
Ans : No
