Not all milk is created equal.

Water buffalo milk has twice the butterfat of standardized cow’s milk. We blend that with a local cow milk that has over 25% more fat than standardized cow milk. That means our gelato is naturally creamier, denser, and richer — without adding extra cream - which we still do!

Our herd grazes down on the southern tip of Texas, right “neer da beach”. No hormones. No antibiotics. Just grass and sunshine.

That’s the OroBianco difference.

Fun facts:

• Water buffalo produce about 1/10th the milk of a dairy cow — that’s what makes it rare

• It has 58% more calcium and 40% more protein than cow’s milk

• Water buffalo milk is naturally A2, which is easier to digest

Our pistachio gelato — made with water buffalo milk, local cow milk, and pistachio butter that we roast and produce in-house. No artificial colors or flavors. This is what gelato tastes like when you start with the richest milk in Texas.
