🚨May 31st book club coming up! For the first time ever there is a documentary you can watch instead of reading 📚. Our tasting will feature: a delicious 🍎 salad, Gouda to represent the 🌷, CBD beverage from , and finally the signature pretty potato. It will be an evening of education and tasty bites. Link in bio!

You have been asking! We listened. Here is our second book club of 2026. We will gather on Sunday, May 31st at the Rind at 4 PM
We will be discussing: The Botany of Desire: A Plant’s-Eye View of the World by Michael Pollan. Michael Pollan is best known for his book The Omnivore’s Dilemma, but he has written many other fabulous books and articles. The James Beard Foundation has named Michael as one of the “Who’s Who of Food and Beverage in America”.

New Product alert! 

Chef Andrew brought back 6-month aged Country Ham all the way from Tennessee. Limited availability. 

After 50+ years in business, Benton’s has successfully sold their hams around the country to Michelin-star restaurants. This ham is the American version of an Italian prosciutto. It’s salty, with deep, rich flavors, and just the right amount of smoke. Allen has now passed down the company to his son, Darrell. Darrell left a successful career to take on this role at Benton’s.
