Our “Star Blasts” is that one kind of candy that can be so inconsistent when it comes to freeze drying. Sometimes they puff up too much (and are so delicate that they just crumble) & other times they don’t puff up enough (and are hard as rocks). This batch turned out perfectly!
I’ve got 2 large bags & 3 medium bags available today!
