Snack hack! Here’s one of the ways I’ve lost over 60lbs so far in 2026! Use small dishes (this PC sauce bowl from the anniversary collection is one of my daily go-tos!) Cut turkey sausage bites and a slice of Swiss into small pieces and eat with a cocktail toothpick! This slows your eating and gives your brain time to process your intake- meaning you’ll likely eat less! This little bowlful is 170 calories and 13 grams of protein. (I divided into 2 servings).
